Corn Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 can creamed corn

Preheat oven to 400F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, flax seed and sunflower seed. In another bowl mix together egg, oil, and creamed corn. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined, add water if too dry, do not beat, fold in only mixed. Scoop batter into greased muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes
