Serving Size: 12 or more

Ingredients:

– 1 loaf bread, cubed  about 1/2 inch
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1 Tablespoon garlic granules
– 1  Tablespoon basil dried
– 1 teaspoon oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix oil and herbs.  Pour over bread cubes in large bowl, toss to mix well.  Spread evenly on cookie sheet or in large shallow pan.  Bake 250F for 1 hour.
